I am back from Hong Kong this Monday and I am going to share with you my entire trip to the " Fragrant Port".
Before the trip:
We had plan our trip before the hand. And we got a super good deal from Scoot, a round trip from Singapore to Hong Kong costs about SGD120!!!
But our flight delayed...from 1.55am-10am, which means we had to delay our first day itinerary had to be rescheduled :(
I was unhappy but scoot seats are way more spacious than Jet star and Tiger air.
Finally get on the plane :)
Selfie :)My love surprised me with this cute perfumes :)
I can't wait to use it, the bottles are so cute :)
Someone is super excited :)
Finally taxi spotted. I feel like i'm in Hong Kong drama LOL
Crowded with tourist :( Now here is the tip: you do not need to get admission ticket if you have the octopus card (八达通) you can head straight to the queue to enter the train. All you need to do is tap and go.
But it is great that we could see awesome night view inside it :) I enjoy my moments with J :) and the weather is great. we able to capture the best view on top of the peak. After you reached the Peak, you must enter the top of the Building (凌霄阁).
Wow, you will be able to see the 360 degree of the entire HK! The Peak tower is designed by Terry Farrell, it is the best spot to view the entire victoria harbour night and morning view. There are also many restaurants and fashion boutique for you to enjoy and shop!
My love note :)
happy us :) and its windy on top
How to reach the Peak:
From the Central (中环) you could take a bus no 15C from Exit D and it will stop at the downhill of the peak. It takes about 15 minutes.
After that , we are both hungry and we went to Mak's noodles 麥奀雲吞麵世家 to try their famous wanton mee. To be honest, the taste of it is far from "amazing". I would say it tastes normal also not considered great. If they have time, they should try the Wanton Mee at Batu Pahat (四记).
The portion is small and the noodles is not as Q as I expected. Overall I still prefer Singapore and Malaysia Wanton Mee.
How to go:
Mak's Noodle 麥奀雲吞麵世家 (Hong Kong)
Shop, 1 G/F, The Peak Galleria
118 Peak Road
Opening Hours: Daily 11am to 8pm
Later we proceed to the 糖朝 The Sweet Dynasty. They have plenty of desserts and dim sum for you to choose.
We choose some desserts, Walnut Soup and a mango dessert (芒果杨枝甘露) and a fried shrimp wanton :) . All tastes very good, but they charged a mandatory 12 HKD per pax for the tea .
It was a fun place to go to enjoy a good view, food but I seriously hate the queue :(
